A note from the owner

We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate the same way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd send to my own property. We're family-owned, so if something isn't right, that's on us, and we correct it that same day.

I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks leave. When we say Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I phone you before you have to phone us.

Questions

Frequently asked

Something else? Call (415) 449-8657.

How much lead time do I need for an event weekend?

Two to three weeks works well for spring and summer weekends. Reach out earlier for holiday weekends.

What is the service schedule for units?

Every rental comes with one service visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can add a second weekly visit.

Are ADA-accessible units available?

Yes. Our ADA-accessible units feature step-free entry, an extra-wide door, grab bars, and room for a wheelchair to turn.

How do long-term rentals work?

We assign a regular weekly service day and keep the unit at your location until you call for removal.

What should the delivery area look like?

Flat, firm ground that a service truck can access, free of low wires and away from any digging.
